Can you explain how your program works?

The system is very simple: register for your own store, download a template and upload it to your ISP. You keep all the money you make over and above
the base prices we set. In addition if you charge for shipping, you make the shipping as well.
We offer a three tier price structure. The more you earn the more you make.
Every single week (on Monday) our systems automatically calculate the total profit you made in the previous week, and assign you to a higher tier if you have reached the sales target for the next highest tier.
Weekly totals are calculated by counting your sub-affiliates.

I signed up, when will I be approved?
|

An Affiliate Director will contact you within 48 hours of signing up. Not all affiliate applications are accepted.
Our program is intended to award experienced affiliate marketers, the Affiliate Director will ask you about your prior
online pharmacy marketing experience and order stats prior to accepting your application.

I signed up, I got an email confirmation but I cannot login, why?
|
| |
The signup process is automatic, however approvals are not, if your account has not yet been approved you will not be
able to login. An Affiliate Director needs to manually review and approve every account. During this
phase the Affiliate Director will contact you, and set your price tier, most affiliates commence at Bronze tier, however if you have substantial order volume it
is possible to start at a higher tier, and be permanently locked at that position.

Please explain your price tiers
|

We are the only program that rewards affiliates such as yourself by automatically
lowering your base prices depending on your weekly performance, every week on a
Monday we adjust your price tier based on the previous weeks performance, the more
you sell, the lower your base prices! We have 3 tiers of prices available:
Bronze, Silver, and Gold, all affiliates start at Bronze.
There are 3 price tiers with profit targets set as follows:

The $ value is the total order commission for the week, not the total sales value or
the total number of orders.
You may have unlimited numbers of sub-affiliates, the order commission of all your
sub affiliates counts towards your own weekly totals for the purposes of price tier
calculation as follows: Every Monday the system automatically calculates your price
tier based on the previous weeks order profit for all of your stores, and the stores
of all your sub-affiliates. This total profit is then used when selecting the price
tier that will apply for your stores for the following week.
Example 1: Affiliate A, for week #1 has 6 stores that generated a total order profit
of $1400 for the week, for week #2 all of Affiliate A's stores will be set at price
tier Bronze.
Example 2: Affiliate B, for week #1 has 2 stores that generated a total order profit
of $1100 for the week, Affiliate A is a sub-affiliate of Affiliate B, therefore
for price tier calculation purposes the order profit for Affiliate B is
$1400 + $1100 = $2500, for week #2 Affiliate B will be set at price tier Silver.
Example 3: Affiliate C, for week #1 has 8 stores that generated a total order profit
of $2900 for the week, Affiliate A & B are sub-affiliates of Affiliate C, therefore
for price tier calculation purposes the order profit for Affiliate C is
$1400 + $1100 + $2900 = $5400, for week #2 Affiliate B will be set at price tier Gold.

What is the commission formula?
|

We give you a base price (your cost price), you set your sale price, you then make all the profit over and above the base price, if you charge for shipping you make the shipping as well.
Example 1: If you sell a product at $120, with the standard $18 shipping charge,
and your base price is $60, then your commission is $120 - $60 + $18 = $78
Example 2: If you sell a product at $120, and offer free shipping and your base price is $60, then your commission is $120 - $60 = $60

I applied for a Google/Overture account and they want a Pharmacy ID, can you give me this?

We cannot help with this unfortunately. Google and Overture are using a private company called SquareTrade to approve advertisers, these ID's are available only to U.S Licensed Pharmacies, or to affiliates who link to approved U.S Licensed Pharmacies, private label affiliates are not allowed to obtain this ID. Generally speaking most affiliates within our program no longer use Google or Overture, fortunately there are many alternative Pay, and non-pay methods of driving traffic to your site, these methods include: Search Engine Optimization (SEO), other Pay-Per-Click (PPC) engines such as ePilot, Lycos, Enhance, Searchfeed, etc.

What is the weekly commission minimum?
|

The minimum is set at $2000.
|

When will PillChecks pay my commission?
|
| |
The payments are weekly from Friday 00:00h to Thursday 23:59h. We can pay you by by wire. Your payment details must be specified in your Back office account in order to get paid. Please add these payment details after you register for an account to ensure you are paid on time. |

Are International Affiliates allowed?
|
| |
International Affiliates can join our program, although we do not ship meds outside the U.S. |

Is there a charge for wires?
|
| |
Yes; for U.S wires the charge is $20 ($30 for International wires).

Is there any flexibility regarding the prices?
|
| |
You are free to choose your own sale price for each product, of course you cannot set the price lower than your base price or lower than the minimum retail price for that product. |

Can I control the shipping charge?
|
| |
Yes; we provide default shipping charges, you are free to change what you charge for shipping individually for each store within your account.

Can I use coupons as part of my marketing strategy?
|
| |
Absolutely; there are several ways in which you can use them such as: you can create coupons with a fixed dollar discount, or coupons offering a percentage off. In addition coupons can be set to single use, X number of uses, coupons can also be set to expire on a certain date. |

Are we allowed to have our own Affiliates?
|
| |
Yes; you can have as many sub-affiliates as you like there are no limits. The profit totals from all your sub-affiliates count towards your own profit totals for the purpose of the weekly price tier calculation, in this way your affiliates help you to earn more from your own orders by ensuring your base prices move into the best possible bracket, you do not
however earn commission directly from sub-affiliate sales.

Do all affiliates of mine have to open their own store?
|

Yes; all affiliates have to register their own domain, and host their own pharmacy web site, our system does not support affiliates simply linking to your site. |

Do you always ship orders out the same day?
|
| |
95%+ of all orders ship the same day, there are exceptions: including back-orders of stock, and when additional
fraud checks must be conducted on orders, these factors can delay orders by several days.

Do you use the FedEx for shipping? |
| |
Yes, we use FedEx exclusively. |

Do you send customers reorder emails? |
|
Yes; reorder emails are sent out by our system daily at 4AM to every customer eligible to reorder.

Can I have more than one pharmacy site? |
| |
You can have multiple pharmacy sites, all free of charge. You must register a domain for each site, and arrange hosting yourself, we do not provide that. |

Can your company change a template for me, I want to do X? |

If you are switching to our program from another program we are more than happy to switch your links for you. We cannot however make arbitrary customizations to your site or template.

If I already have a website, can I use it? |

Absolutely, we will gladly switch the links for you on your existing web site to our program,

Will I own my website’s domain name? |
| |
As you registered the site, you will own it. |

Are link exchanges allowed? |
| |
As you own and host the site you are free to do whatever you like with the site, including participate in link exchanges. |

Will my website be secure? |
| |
All purchases made from your website will be secure as SSL certificates and encryption are used to protect customer data and credit card information. |

Where can I get a list of the products you have available? |
| |
Please click base prices. All the products we have available are shown there. |

Do I get the email address of those who subscribe to my newsletter? |

Yes; you will receive all of their email addresses. You will be able to download them directly from the back office. |

Who is responsible for sending out emails to the subscribers? |

You are, we do not send out newsletters to your customers, you are responsible for promoting your site to them. |

Can I use SPAM to promote my site? |
| |
We have a ZERO tolerance SPAM policy, this includes all forms of SPAM (IM, email, newsgroups, chat rooms etc). If you are involved in SPAM we will have no choice but to close your affiliate account, and you will forfeit outstanding commissions.
